Hi and welcome to the new 6 Week Peak!

Since 2016 this challenge has seen amazing people achieve amazing results in fat loss, fitness and muscle gain.


This challenge is designed for all fitness levels, body types and abilities.


Choose one of three categories to compete in: fat loss, fitness or muscle gain and let the games begin!


Each week a new challenge is set for each of the goals mentioned. Join in one or challenge yourself to as many as you like.


Points are awarded to everyone that participates in every challenge you complete.


You are competing to be the highest ranked in your category as well as earning points for your team and trainer by entering other challenges.


Working closely with your trainer each week, use their experience and knowledge to perform at your best.


Extra member training sessions are run each week to help you reach your greatest potential.

Trainers are here to inspire, motivate and encourage you to try more than what you might be comfortable with, lean on them for support and celebrate with them in moments of triumph!


Each category winner takes home $500 CASH!
