The Fitness Retreat
The annual Fitness Retreat has been run since 2010 across two locations, Lake Macquarie and Barrington Tops. This year our retreat is an opportunity for members old and new to take a 3-day weekend away to focus on themselves while eating well and training consistently over the three days.
This weekend away is simply to reward, relax, educate and challenge you! Over the course of the three days you will realise what all your hard training in the gym has been for with physical training sessions, mentally challenges and whole heap of fun with fellow members of 6X and friends. In your itinerary which will be sent in your registration pack, you will see such activities as:
Our private bus leaves on the Friday morning early and returns Sunday late-afternoon. The bus isn’t compulsory if you wish to drive.
The accommodation is a dorm-style bunkhouse. Everyone will have their own private room.
This is a weekend for you! Kids and partners are welcome, please contact us for family rates. All meals and snacks will be cooked and prepared for you, apart from Friday and Saturday night dinners which will be in the restaurant. Any special food requirements can be accommodated please speak with organisers.
Yes it involves hard training at times. But at other times you will be recovering in a social and fun atmosphere. The weekend will be tailored for all fitness levels and will result in you coming back a stronger person with a cool story to share.
Bus leaves: 6am Friday, 26th October
