Training, membership and health

Participation in training at our Maroubra studio is subject to the membership agreement and studio policies you accept at sign-up, including cancellation and suspension terms. Exercise carries inherent risk. You should consult your doctor before starting any new training or nutrition program, and you must tell your coach about injuries, medical conditions, medications or pregnancy that may affect your training.

Coaching, InBody scan interpretation and general nutrition guidance provided by 6X Training are for healthy adults and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or clinical dietetics.
