Cheryl Christensen
The story behind the numbers
Cheryl Christensen trains three to five times a week and has set personal bests in the deadlift and bench press. Her interests extend well beyond the weights room to cardio classes, boxing, amateur Iron Man races and beach running challenges.
Over two years she has reduced her body fat percentage by 6 points, lost 5 kg of fat, gained nearly 2 kg of muscle and lowered her visceral fat by 2 points.
Her transformation has motivated her family and her training peers to pursue their own goals, which is a large part of why the 6X floor feels the way it does.
Cheryl Christensen’s results are individual and are not a guarantee of the outcome any other member will achieve. Results depend on your starting point, attendance, effort, nutrition, sleep and health.
