Ellen Dunphy
The story behind the numbers
Ellen Dunphy had been training with 6X for nearly four years. When she started she was doing light dumbbell goblet squats because she was not yet strong enough to squat the bar.
The progression since then has been astounding. She found a love for strength training that she never expected, and she took it all the way to a competition platform.
At her first powerlifting competition she hit a 132.5 kg squat, a 67.5 kg bench press and a 152.5 kg deadlift, all with a perfect nine from nine, finishing second in her weight class.
Ellen Dunphy’s results are individual and are not a guarantee of the outcome any other member will achieve. Results depend on your starting point, attendance, effort, nutrition, sleep and health.
